Theme Weekend – “Festival Of Lights”
Family Camp weekend is a great opportunity for fall camping and socializing. It will be held at Baker Park Reserve September 26-28, 2008.
Here are a few details regarding the weekend.
- Bring your lights, luminaries, & flashlights!
- Check in Friday evening & decorate your site.
- Prizes awarded for best site decorations. Campsite judging begins at dusk on Saturday.
- Activities for most of the weekend will be starting late afternoon on Saturday. Park activities for the whole family to enjoy have not been finalized yet, but in the past they have included a nature program, face painting, moon walk, climbing wall under the stars, tug of war, crafts, and wagon ride thru the campground to view lighted campsites.
- Sunday morning we will have a church service in the campground amphitheatre with refreshments to follow.
