Tony was the coolest kid around. I admired him very much, and I wish I’d got to know him better. I’ll always remember his long bushy hair, his aviator sunglasses, and his pointy shoes…I’ll always remember Tony Ellis.

Tony would ask Samantha ” are your parents coming to see us too? ” when they were playing close to town. When we went, he was so nice and looked us right in the eyes. He didn’t treat us like 45 year olds- even in front of his many 20 year old fans who adore him. Rob was very nice to us too and my heart breaks for you- his parents, and Tony’s sister, and your family and Rob, and all of the rest of your family and friends. My daughter has cried since she heard the terrible news. Tony knows our family adores him and I will pray for you all for a long, long time. I am so sad , we are all so sad for you. Sending you Love and prayers, Samantha Polski’s Family.

    Lynette and Family-
I had a wonderful opportunity to meet a family that is so close and dear to one another. I know you are supporting eachother during this sadness. Tony gave this (no longer in my 20’s) person inspiration to do more and be more. I am thankful that I was able to see him play. Your all in my thoughts and prayers.

I’ve known Tony for years, watched him first pick up the guitar and then blossom. I miss him…
