Thank you to all of those who have been quick to sign up for Meals on Wheels. Most slots have already been filled, but there are several Saturday slots still open. Check the calendar here, in the narthex at Zion, or contact the church office to sign up as a driver during the month of June.
Three drivers are needed each day at 11:45am for approximately an hour of meal delivery to households in the city of Buffalo.
There will be a Meals on Wheels open house this Sunday, May 23, in the Zion library following all worship services. Stop by for a breakfast snack and learn about the program.
Zion provides three drivers per day during June to deliver Meals on Wheels to seniors in Buffalo. This is a most rewarding activity, takes only one hour of your time and makes a good family service project.
If you’re an experienced volunteer already, the open house is a great opportunity to make a quick stop to sign up and enjoy the snacks!

Zion’s turn at delivering Meals on Wheels begins on Sunday, November 1. We will need 3 drivers each day of November. The task includes picking up a route of meals at Lake Ridge Care Center (formerly Ebenezer) at 11:45 and delivering in the Buffalo area.
